Ordering, Refund and Returns Policy

 

For sale to Professional Installers ONLY.

 

Consumers, please reach out if you need help finding a professional in your area.  If you place an order and we can not ship it to you, please refer to the SHIPPING information below.

 

SHIPPING 

We can only ship to professional installers within the Continental (Lower 48) United States. Please reach out for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other country as restrictions,  additional charges or minimum order quantities may apply.  If you place and pay for an order we cannot ship due to the above restrictions, we cancel the order, notify you, and refund your purchase minus 25% processing fee. It may take one week to see the refund.

 

FREE on orders over $100.

$10 Flat Rate shipping charge on orders under $100.00.

SALES TAX 

Sales tax will be charged where applicable.

 

RETURNS

Return Window – Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

 

Return Exceptions – We can only accept returns for BirdHazer devices and can not accept returns for any EcoBird fluids products.

 

Condition for Return – Products must be returned in their original new condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging. Products that are damaged, altered, or show evidence of use may not be eligible for a return.

 

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection: Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition.

 

Refunds – Upon approval of the return, we will refund up to the original purchase price using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

 

EXCHANGES – If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS – If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. We will cover all shipping costs in these cases.
